A centuries old tradition, Italians dried tomatoes on their tiled roofs under the Mediterranean sun to enjoy in the winter months. This pesto celebrates the particularly intense, rich flavor indicative to sun dried tomatoes. We use all natural sun dried tomatoes, olive oil, sea salt, Parmigiano Reggiano, pine nuts, garlic and a splash of Napa Valley Cabernet.
