Description
Allspice is rich like clove, touched with cinnamon and nutmeg. Try a pinch or two in fruit pies, cakes and jams to add warm flavor. Use in curries, seafood or meat marinades and in game recipes. Add one-quarter teaspoon to sweet potato and squash dishes.
