In India, most people don't eat meat, so "Veggie Lover Pizza" is just pizza. Our Eggplant Pizza is both vegetarian and delicious. It starts with our hand-stretched naan and layers of tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Then we top it with eggplant, bake it in a tandoor oven and try to resist the temptation of grabbing a slice before it cools!
